In the Commission of Education, Research and Technology of the Student Parliament of Iran, our objective is to bring about positive change in the educational system of Iran. We work collaboratively, utilizing our expertise and lived experiences to review and approve articles that align with our goals.
Our process involves adapting proposals to the constitution and considering the cultural, social, and financial aspects of the materials to prepare a final text. Our approved articles are proposed in the Iranian parliament as part of a 5-year program law, subject to review by parliament members.
Recently, I had the opportunity to present our proposed materials as the spokesperson of the Education, Research, and Technology Commission. The result of the voting was overwhelmingly positive, with 64 out of 70 people present in the public hall of the student parliament voting in favor of our bill. This is a testament to our cooperative efforts and dedication to achieving our objectives.
